Flipping houses in mobile, al

Hello! My husband and i would line to Get into flipping houses. We do not own a home but we're approved for 150k usda loan. I did some research and thought maybe we can wait a little longer Get a different loan and get into flipping houses before purchasing our own home. My husband has 750+credit combined 25k in the bank. We can do some of the work but we would need help finding a lender and legit contractors in mobile,al. I have my eyes on a house, butttt not sure if it's a good neighborhood. Can you guys give tips?
