Any experience with Zillow Rental Manager?

I was wondering if anyone had experience using the Zillow Rental Manager? If so, do you like it, how easy is it to learn/use? How many units are you using it with?

@Ryan J. Shope - I use Zillow Rental Manager to list properties for rent and I see they've recently added the ability to take applications and payments; however, I've not yet used it for those purposes. I'm still using Cozy.co for that. But when I do list a property via Zillow, I get many more tenant inquires from that source and its syndication partner sites than I do from those sites to which Cozy.co syndicates.
