Hi BP Colleagues, 

I'm working with a few investment partners to lay out an operating structure to support a deal focused on an STR strategy for several properties over a 10 year time frame. Our group is discussing how we build creative investment exit options into the operating agreement for the investment partners.

What creative strategies for giving investment partners options to exit a deal have you seen used with good effect?
