I have been sitting on the fence for 5 years now and have decided I’m don’t watching. Now for the hard part....

Picking one from the 20+ decent ones I see

I would love to make some contacts here that could possibly help me make informed decisions and possibly jv in the future. I’m not interested in wholesaling but more in fix and flip or brrrr holdings.
