Enquiry about scope of books

Hello,

I am from Malaysia and I am considering to buy books from biggerpockets.com. However, I would like to know whether the information in the books is suitable for Malaysia's real estate market. Anyone can give me insights on this?

The books that I am interested in buying are "How to Invest in Real Estate", "The Book on Investing in Real Estate with No (and Low) Money Down" and "The Book on Rental Property Investing".

Any help is greatly appreciated.
