Most turnkey providers are in the rust belt part of the US. Your going to get a better return in places like Detroit, Cleveland, Indianapolis, Toledo, Pittsburgh etc. There are plenty of turn key providers in those areas because the numbers make sense. I am personally invested in Detroit and Cleveland both have strong rental markets. Detroit I am seeing ROI for B class neighborhoods in the 15% range, in Cleveland B class areas are more in the 10% ROI range.

Check online for reviews on turn key providers to ensure you pick the right company. Most companies last a year or 2 due to their lack of due diligence for investors. If a company lasts more than 2 or 3 years they are legitimate and true to their investors.
