Should i sign up for a real estate agent?

Hi BP

My name is Damilola. I am new to Real estate but i would like to invest in cash flow properties. I recently stumble on a real estate agent class out here in Cherry-hill NJ.  Do you think going to a real estate agent class will help me learn more about investing? Or is it just a waste of money. Thanks in advance.
