General help analyzing a deal for a newbie.

Ive posted an attached link to a house that might be something I'm looking for.  I'm not looking to buy this house since i have very little capitol (trying to save very penny right now).  However I am trying to get better at analyzing deals and learn how and what to put into the fields of the calculator.  If anyone has the time to just run this through their calculator and show me the numbers id greatly appreciate it. I know everyone is very busy! Just trying to get my mind wrapped around how to spot something of value and how to find the numbers I need. Thank you in advance to anyone who responds. Who knows this might be a good deal you could snatch up!
posting the link again in case the first one doesn't attach.
