Finding Quality Contractors

Hello. 

I've been following bigger pockets for a little bit now and I want to know what is the best way to find quality contractors? I've done 5 flips and the last 4 have been horrible because the contractors have stole cut corners so i'm just concerned where to find the best way. any suggestions.
