Looking for agent in Augusta, GA

Hi there! I have a couple of rental properties in Atlanta (where I live) and wanted to start investing in Augusta, GA. Any suggestions on a great real estate agent in the Augusta area? Looking to visit Augusta before the end of the month to meet up. Recently did a cash-out refi on one of my rental properties and gearing up to make the plunge into a long distance investment (reading David Greene's book now).
