First Rental Property
Hello All,
I am looking to purchase my first investment property this year. I am a college student and do not qualify for a conventional loan and do not have much money to invest. I am connected to many cash buyers through networking events. I have a couple wholesalers who send me deals each week so...
1)How do you recommend I fund my first deal?
2)What type of property should I go after?
3) Should I do some fix/flips partnering with my cash buyers to build my NOI in order to qualify for a conventional loan?
Looking for best advice and strategies for college investor. I know that this is 100% what I want to do for the rest of my life. Anything helps! Thanks :)
