My BP Intro from Michigan & a Question for You

Hey BP -- I'm excited to meet you all as I begin executing on my REI commitments. I'm ready to take action and buy my first rental properties.

Sure it's been difficult to find deals in my area of SE Michigan like many other parts of the country. Whatever. I'm making offers for what calculates out according to my criteria until something gets accepted. I'm also trying to find properties creatively as suggested in many of the BP podcasts.
