New to this idea of real esate

Im in the riverside area in California! I live near Temecula.  I started listen to bigger pockets, watch a lot of webinars and sometimes feel like a lot of this is too good to be true.  Need some help starting out.  Should I get my real estate license?    Where would you recommend finding a place to learn personally from someone?
