What to do at 18 with a good chunk of money

So I already got 10k in the bank 6k of it being my annual amount for my tfsa, and I will prob double my total amount before I start school in the fall. I’m just wondering what you experienced people would suggest I do with my money. I have been reading real estate books and am also really interested in it, but idk what I should do at my budget and don’t want to lose all my money
