How do I investing with little money

I am a 23 year old college student looking to add another source of income. I work, I flip cars, I invest in some stocks, I have a 401k. I've always been interested in real estate though, I LOVE the HGTV channel. Watching flip or flop is the highlight of my day. I want to start investing in real estate but don't know where to start. I've read about REIT, Tax deed sales, etc..... but where do I start initially let's say I have 5k-10k to play with. Ideally I want to flip properties
