Does being a rental agent would make a more of a profit?

I mean, let’s say you’re a real estate agent and you sell around four houses during the summer, that’s a major sum of money in your pocket, but afterwards not many people come by. Lets say the agent owns fourapartments just like the real estate agent owns four houses. If you’re a rental agent renting around 50 rooms to people who are paying 900$ a month, would that not make a lot larger of a profit? The average money for a house around here is 450,000$, so let’s suppose he’s making that much on every house whilst having a commission of 7%. That would mean that he makes 31500 which you will then devide into the split because of the ACTUAL owner. That would mean he was making  15750$ into each house he selled. As a rental estate agent you’d be making 37800$ every year. Did I do something wrong? Im eager to know about this site! Hmu!
