My credit is shot! Need a hard lender ASAP!

Hi.

I’m new to the site and career. I have a renovation team plus a realtor. Looking for hard lenders that don’t require credit check nor income checks. I have $10k to invest. Doing my research the past few days I see most HMLs want upfront money. Which is fine as long as Im not being scammed.

Ready to jump right in to it. I wish I had a mentor but I’m a natural born hustler I can teach myself anything.
