New Investor With Plenty of Cash
I have a friend willing to invest in properties/land in the Killeen area. Im a local agent getting started with investing myself. He has a large amount of cash he's willing to invest with the right opportunity. He's open to new development, multifamily, flipping, etc. I just have to provide a business plan including land value, ROI, property equity, etc.
What are some safer opportunities for investing? Anyone Familiar with the Killeen/Fort Hood Area?
Where did you start with RE investing?
