Hi all! I’ve been at this for about a month and I’m running a nice pace; I am on track to have my first deal in the first “90 days!” I’ve gotten lots of great information from this group, the podcasts, and Webinars- THANK YOU!

Q for the BP PROS...

Although I think I’m familiar with my areas, what are some tools (websites & data) you look at when you’re doing the preliminary work- aside from area comps, zillw, rltor, com, rentometer etc- ? I’m going to drive by today but say I couldn’t drive by? What other tools, metrics could you look at?
