Finding wholesale deals for a newbie
I'm just now starting real estate with little to no money a job and in the process of raising credit. I see that wholesaling is the way for me to raise capital as I fix my credit. My question is how does a wholesaler find deals? I have one guaranteed buyer on my buyers list as of now but I know with the right deal the buyers will come. What's the best way for me to find a deal in my area that makes me and my buyers happy?

drive for dollars meaning drive around your neighborhood and for properties with high grass, boarded up widows, or vacant homes and skip-trace to get owner phone number.
