Using business as personal property?

Just curious but say if I had a property on the beach I was using as an AirBnb kind of property and I wanted to use it 2 weeks out of the year.  Can you do that, or do you need to pay yourself rent or something like that?  This property would be under an llc so logically would be separate from personal property.
