Looking for advice!
I'm new to REI and I'm very excited to see so many doers in this community. I'm working on a deal but need help wrapping things up, any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I think once you make contact with the realtor, the owner has to sell it through the realtor. At least, that's how it works in NJ. Think about it, the realtor negotiated the potential deal with you. Why would you go behind her back and cut her out?
