Creative financing help
I am 18. Fresh at real estate investing. I have no experience, but i want to do this long term. My dream is to own many properties and be able to travel the world with financial freedom. I have 686 credit but not a long credit history (i just started). I do not make enough money for a downpayment for a house. What are ways i can approach buying a house when i can't afford it? (To get me started) Need creative financing 101 lessons.
