What kind of investment opportunities are in Steamboat Springs?

Hey BP!  I am a new resident to Steamboat Springs, CO.  I just moved here from Denver and so far it seems like the right decision.  I like to ski, raft and hike so I hope this will be my permanent  home.  I also, like to invest in multifamily properties!  What kind of investment opportunities are up here and what's seems to be working the best? Sort term rentals seems to be great but any specifics would be helpful. What else are investors finding success with?   Multifamily? Buy and hold? fix and flip?
