HI I am new to the ideal of real estate. I am looking to invest in rental properties or fix and flips. However, I do not have much money to go off of and/or knowledge to where I should even begin. I've been researching the benefits of real estate and want in. What should be my first step? what should I be doing to get the ball rolling?
