What to do with money I’ve saved from deployment.

I’m 23 years old and I am currently deployed and have saved over $40,000 and and currently looking for guidance on my first few property flips. I know I’m starting at a later age but I just don’t want to jump in the ocean without a life jacket just yet and have read a bunch of books on the subject at hand I just would like some insight of a few people who have already had great success in the real estate market. I’m basically asking what would you (yourself) do in my situation.

Thanks in advance.
