Starting a partnership

I am looking to partner on a flip with two other investors.  Besides clearly defining who will do what and pay for what, what should I do to make this official.  I trust the other two partners but I don't know if this is something where I need to have a document reviewed by a lawyer and signed or if we can just create something and sign it among ourselves and that will suffice.  This will be my first deal so I want to make sure I do it correctly. Any tips and suggestions are apprecaited
