Milwaukee, WI Real Estate Agents

Lori Popodi
Posted

Hello!

I'm a lifetime resident of Milwaukee, WI interested in finding my first multi-family property in my hometown. I'm looking for a 2-4 unit property (owner-occupied) in or near the downtown area (ideally East Town, Walker's Point, or Brewer's Hill). This will be my first real estate purchase and I'm looking for a reliable, hardworking, real estate agent that is familiar with investment properties in these areas, but so far haven't been able to find a good match. I feel like there is an endless sea of agents to sort through, and those I have reached out to have just put me on MLS alerts without another word from them. I'm experiencing a bit of analysis paralysis and would be very grateful for any recommendations on how to find the right real estate agent for me.

Thank you!

Lori
