Starting with 10K in multi family
Hello I currently have 10K to 15K and I am interested in multi family units (2 to 4 unit properties). What is the best way to invest the money that I have? I was thinking the following:
1. Do an FHA on a 4 unit building to get the most bang for my buck.
2. Look at getting a parter to invest with me on the next one.
If anyone and provide any tips or advise on this it would be very helpful!
