Buy then Finance and Flip...

Good day Bigger Pockets....I've run into some good deals.....rather than wait on financing....I'm buying one cash....and then want to quitclaim to LLC and get Hard Money for purchase and rehab. ...does this sound like an issue....was watching too many deals be lost....and just need to get my feet wet with sprng inventory strategy for the to keep crews busy.
