Hello, I've been on an off of bigger pockets for about 2 years now looking into possible real estate investing but something has always come up.  I am worried about being laid off soon and am deciding to jump in full force into real estate investing.  I am looking for an experienced multi-family investor or agent in the area that would be able to help walk me thru what I am looking for, areas to avoid, etc as I am also relatively new to this area.  I would be more than happy to meet up and buy you a lunch for your time.  Thank you!
