Looking to get into the Omaha real estate market

I have been living in Omaha for about 3 years now and would like to buy some rentals.. I completely restored my great great grandfathers house 2 years ago and want to get back into the game. I work as a carpenter by day and recently got my real estate license. I am looking for a fixer upper rental single family or multi family.

I am looking for a meet up group of other investors to meet up with in the Omaha area?
