Calculating for Attorney and CPA expenses
Hey BP! When analyzing a deal, where do you calculate for CPA and Attorney expenses? I know these expenses are not specific to an individual property, but they are an expense that would come out of overall cashflow. Is this something you calculate for separately? If you do calculate for this in an individual deal analysis, what percentage or $ amount do you use?
If this question has been answered somewhere else, please point me in the right direction.
Thank you in advance for your guidance!
