Making myself as valuable as possible
It's been a long time! Decided to postpone my real estate work until after I finish college--and frankly, also because I didn't want it enough. I'm back now though.
Now I'm about to graduate, I've got rock solid reasons for working hard, and I want to jump back in.
I will be graduating in May with a double bachelor's degree in English and Philosophy (useless, I know; it's a long term plan). I'll need a way to pay the rent and put food in the fridge, but I'm also eager to get back into real estate. So I thought about seeing if I could get some kind of paid role working for an investor. I don't know exactly what this would be; I never looked into it.
My question to all of you is this:
In the next 4-5 months, what kinds of skills (such as those which can be found on Skillshare or elsewhere) would make me most valuable in some capacity to active investors (especially flipping)?
