Best LLC formation strategy for new rental property investor.
I live in Texas and recently purchased 2 rental properties in Ohio and 3 in Tennessee. I would like to know how to set up an LLC. Set up an LLC in texas (perhaps a series llc) to own the properties in the other states? Or set up an LLC in Delaware or some other state? These are my first properties so I'm just starting out here and I'm not sure what the best strategy is to protect my personal assets while not breaking the bank.
