Hi everybody,

New person here looking to get started investing in San Antonio rental properties. I’m looking for data sources for occupancy rates, absorption rates, and net resident in/outflow broken out by zip or neighborhood. Rentometer/Zillow only getting me rent and value estimates. Any ideas?  

Also for any attorneys out there, are there any good resources summarizing foreclosure process and rules for Bexar county?
