Starting out in real estate investing
I'm somewhat new to real estate investing. I very curious as to how to you get the money to invest and rehab properties. Everyone makes it sound so easy and I do not find that to be the case. Can you help me with this. Also, this may fall into a different category, how do you go about buy foreclosed or bank owned properties at the auction? I would like some real answer and not go around in circles.
