Tax Lein property in pinal county az

I am hoping to purchase my first certificate this Feb.  It's a single family home with no mortgage but child support Lein against the property. Will the tax Leon supervised the child support Leon and can I have an attorney do the foreclosure when the time comes since I live many states awa
