Im in the process of forming my first LLC using incfile. There is a step asking to provide me with all required licenses and permits for $99. Is this something I should do for rental property investing or is it pretty simple to find what I need?

@Brandon Marr If I didn't know what licenses I needed, I would find out. Once you have found out what licenses you need, you have already done most  of the work.  Baltimore city just started requiring a rental license. A company like you described could not even provide it because you need an inspection to get it.

Certainly don't spend $99 if you don't know what you are getting.

This is gong to sound harsh. If you are not willing to find out what is legally required to run a business you should not be in business. I don't say that to pick on you, but for all those reading along. It is extremely common for new investors here to totally ignore the law and what they need to know about it.
