Wholesaling - Do you have a contract with the end buyer?
Hi,
I am a newer investor and I have done a few deals, but never a wholesale deal. I am looking to educate myself on all of the ins and outs. I have found a contract to use for the potential seller, but do you have your end cash buyer sign a contract with you as well? Also, if I have already paid the escrow which will be held at the title company, but I want my end buyer to give me earnest money as well (to ensure they will not flake), do I also give that to the title company? And are you even allowed to take that money? This is assuming this is an assignment deal and not a double closing? (NOTE: I am not sure which method we prefer at this time).
Any help would be great!
Thanks, Lexie
