Inspectors in Scranton, PA

Steve Bullock
Posted

Hey all,

I was wondering if anyone knew any good inspectors/inspection companies with decent pricing. I’m looking to have a duplex inspected. There’s a leak from the roof in one of the units, which is currently being rented out, & I’d like to see if it’s a major issue or if it’s possibly a simple fix.

Can anyone point me in the right direction of some good fair priced inspectors?

Steve, I will PM you contacts for a few inspectors.

If it is just the roof leak that you are worried about then it may be better you have a roofer take a look at it though. Since a general inspector may not be very knowledgeable in the specifics and may recommend that anyway. They tend to do that for structural, mechanical issues or places where they can't really get into (like inside walls, on top of roofs)
