I am looking for a good Property Analysis Spreadsheet

Hello everyone I am in the process of purchasing my first investment property. I have been a silent investor on multiple properties and now am ready to take on my own. I wanted to know if anyone had a good Property Analysis spreadsheet they used when calculating all the repairs needed for a rehab project.

The Bigger Pockets calculators are good, but my only gripe with their Rehab Estimator is they don't provide any pricing.  I've created a couple Rehab Estimate Spreadsheets in my fileplace that you can download.  

The first spreadsheet is just a simple spreadsheet that has 50 common repairs and prices.  The 2nd spreadsheet includes  a Deal  Analyzer and a Repair Estimator with average pricing for over 400 common repairs, which should help you get started:
