Hello I saw a property that I like that is for sale by a wholesaler, he told me hiwuch was emd, one day due diligence, and to send the offer by email, now, how do I send the offer which form should I use? Is it recommended to fill that myself? He told me which lawyer is holding the closing so I assume the title is good but should I hire a lawyer or a real estate agent to help me with it? I think sending offers should be something that investors do all the time do you guys do it on your own?

Thanks
