Rochester, NY Aspiring Invester

Kimberly Welday
Posted

Hello my name is Kimberly Welday and I live in Rochester NY. I have always had an interest in flipping/buying properties to fix and rent. I’ve been working as a community manager for a property management company for almost two years now. I would love to flip a few houses to begin and then have some rentals of my own. Unfortunately I do not have a lot of cash of my own to invest and don’t really know where to start. I would appreciate any tips or advice!

Welcome @Kimberly Welday I highly recommend listening to as many podcasts as you can, read Rich Dad Poor Dad and attend as many local Real Estate Investor / Landlord meetings as you can. You can google or search facebook for the local FFREIA (Freedon First Real Estate Investment Association). Good luck!
