Looking to buy my second home HELP

Been apartment hacking and house hacking our way into owning our house outright, along with my wife and my normal income. Looking to buy a nicer house to live at. All while creating more income by also renting out the master on AirBnb. Own the house outright at a $600,000 valuation. What sort of loan should I be looking at to purchase the $750,000 home? Any advice is much appreciated.
