Getting Started, Financial Plan template

Hello everyone!

Just getting started with my Real Estate portfolio buildup and financial education.

According to Robert Kiyosaki we all need a financial plan.

Where could we get a template for it?

I have seen several Asset/Liability charts but not a Financial Plan.

Will likely buy a MFH/SFH Turnkey and get experience out of it.

Besides Buy and hold, what other investment strategies would you suggest for passive income?
