Investing in Lower Income Communities
I have a house under contract in a lower income area to wholesale. I am having a bear of a time locating a buyer. Majority of the houses on the street are well kept but in the last 6 months, the area is very active with crime. The house needs repairs and there has been vandalism at the house only because it is known to be vacant. How do I attract a cash buyer to this home?
