Can I wholesale a property outside of my market

What's up everyone my name is Terrell and i'm a real estate wholesaler in Philadelphia. My market is pretty competitive so along with still searching for properties in Philadelphia i've also looked at other states not too far. I found a place in Crisfield MD and wanted to get it under contract I just don't know how to go about it. Has anyone else ever done a wholesale deal outside of there state?
