I want to start investing in the DFW are or New Orleans area

I am 23 and moved to the DFW area for work after college!

I want to start investing here!

I came from south Louisiana where I have a duplex and a SFH that I rent out. Back home I have people to help with those properties and also it's not that far to get too! I want to either begin flipping here or also obtain homes with the purpose of renting them out!

I went to college in New Orleans and really realized the potential for renting in that city during that time. I would love to get in the market and rent in the uptown area to college students

I’m still very green at all of this. Any advice would be appreciated!
