Is this common? Winchester has no available multi-units on MLS

Hello all,

I am working towards my goal of analyzing a deal a day and a realtor I am working with mentioned that the Winchester, Virginia market (population roughly 30,000) currently has no available multi-units available on MLS. Is this common?
